Martin Rémillard
Sommelier ACSP


Martin is a graduate sommelier from Algonquin College and recipient of the Cave Spring Award of Excellence. 

He shares his time and passion for wine between his private practice, teaching wine appreciation, and as a product consultant at the SAQ - the Quebec liquor board.

Martin loves to work with private clients, especially managing and growing their wine cellars. The only purpose is to maximize pleasure, value and to find the perfect timing to enjoy their cherished collection. Intrigued by wine and food pairing, he also organizes wine corporate and special events that highlight the power of wine through food.

His combined love of nature, geography and history allows him to explore wine through differents perspectives. A passionate teacher and natural communicator, Martin is a weekly wine columnist at the French radio station Planète 97.1 FM. and the director of the Sommelier Program at la Cité collégiale in Ottawa.
